Payment
I accept PayPal, Checks and Money Orders.   If you pay by personal check, merchandise will be held 10 days from receipt of check, but either way, you will be notified by email when your item has shipped.   I will hold your item three days, and if payment has not been made by then, I will put it back in the listings.

Shipping
We ship all items UPS, or USPS, insured.    I am charging a set fee of $10.00 or less ($6.00 if shipped with another item.   Pottery weighs a lot and need to be packaged with a lot of bubble wrap and popcorn so it does not break.   I am losing money on the shipping and packaging but I want happy customers that return to my shop and buy more handmade pottery

Refunds and Exchanges
I aim to please!I will accept a return on any item, for any reason, if you notify me within24 hours of confirmed receipt of the item.   All returns must be sent back to us in the same condition that we sent the item to you.   Refunds will be given as credit to your credit card for the amount of the items returned, but not the shipping costs.   The item must be returned within seven days.   The item must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was sent.   The returned item must be insured for the full amount. Until I receive the item, you are liable for the cost.   I suggest you keep the packing materials so that, if need be, you can return the item to me as carefully as I have packed it for you.   If, for any reason, there is a problem, please contact me first so that I can assist you.   Your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do accept custom orders, however remember, each piece of pottery is unique and each piece will be different. It has to be made, dried, trimmed, fired, glazed, and then fired again.   This process can take over six to eight weeks.   Please convo me with any questions you may have as to pricing, shipping, etc.
